Great experience - couldn’t have asked for more. Both guys I spoke to were lovely and really put me at ease as I was a bit anxious about what I’d done to the car! Very disappointed. After seeing the good reviews and meeting the nice fella I had high hopes for getting the dent out of my car but I was wrong. The man said they tried everything they could to get the dent out of my car, but could only do as shown in the images due to a “mechanical issue”. I do not know why they said they could fix it if they clearly could not, they could of at the least called me to tell me they found an issue but they didn’t, seemed like they just wanted the money and not to actually help people. After seeing my car was not fully fixed, I said I am not paying the full price agreed beforehand, and they started getting angry and saying they were going to lock my car in the garage then. Not a pleasant experience, would not recommend.
I honestly cannot recommend RS Scuff'N'Buff highly enough. I took my car in expecting to need repair work before returning it at the end of my lease, but instead I was met by someone who was incredibly honest, kind and helpful. Rather than charging me unnecessarily, he came out, looked at the scuffs and scratches, and kindly touched them up there and then.
What made it even more appreciated was that he refused to take any payment, which was incredibly generous. It is rare to come across someone so genuine, professional and kind with their time. Brilliant service, really honest advice, and such a lovely experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or car repair advice, and I will definitely be back without hesitation should I need more extensive repairs in the future.
I cannot recommend RS scuff and buff more highly. Such a professional, honest and helpful service. My scratch/dent was repaired so that it looks like it never happened. The quote was actually lower than I was expecting!! Thank you so much RS scuff and Buff. I hope I won't need you again, but if the worst happens, I will know where to go.
I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was important to give credit to Rob and his team. They did a fantastic job on my Lexus. There were multiple dents and scratches on the front quarter panel, and Rob and his team were able to sort it out in just one day. A superb job indeed. Thank you very much.
I decided to have key marks, some other minor paint work as well as a alloy wheel refurb done with RS Scuff N Buff after seeing there fantastic reviews online, the whole process was excellent, Rob and Kane are brilliant, I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The pictures really show how good they both are at their work. I was given a courtesy car whilst mine was in their safe hands, the car was sorted in 2 days which is a lot sooner than other companies had quoted me.
I will be back for some more minor touch ups later this year.
